Privacy policy
Version 1.1 and optional purchases
Version 1.1 uses Google AdMob interstitial ads between completed rides, subject to the privacy choices described below. The advertising disclosures apply to version 1.1 as well as earlier ad-enabled versions.
Version 1.1 offers Moonbeam and Figaro as optional one-time purchases through Apple; Figaro includes the Show jacket. StoreKit verifies purchase entitlements on your device and restores them through your Apple Account. DNJAPPS does not receive your card details, Apple Account credentials or individual purchase history on its own servers. Apple processes payments and transactions under its own privacy policy and provides sales reports to developers. Purchased horses can be restored; earned stars, gems and records remain local. Clover Dash uses Google AdMob in versions where advertising is enabled. The advertising sections below apply whenever ads are enabled; availability can differ by app version, region, connection and privacy choices. An ad-free version does not request ads. This policy is information about data processing, not consent to advertising or tracking.
Game progress and sharing
No account is required. Your game progress, outfits, stars, gems, settings and records are stored on your device. DNJAPPS does not operate a cloud-save service or receive a copy of this local save. Deleting the app or losing the device may erase it.
Optional sharing creates a temporary result image and opens the system share sheet. You choose the recipient or app; the game does not upload the image automatically. The temporary file is removed after sharing or cancellation. The service you choose handles the shared image under its own rules.
Google AdMob
When ads are enabled, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it; device or app identifiers; ad impressions, views and interactions; app interactions; crash reports, performance and other diagnostic data. This supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service reliability. Approximate location does not require access to precise GPS location.
Ad data is transmitted to Google and, where an ad involves them, advertising partners. DNJAPPS can receive advertising reports. Google determines some processing for its own services; the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps explain this processing and available controls. An absence of a name or account does not make all advertising data anonymous.
Protection by third parties
Third parties with whom Clover Dash shares user data, including advertising service providers, must provide the same or equal protection of that data as described in this privacy policy and required by Apple’s App Review Guidelines. This includes using data only for the disclosed purposes and respecting applicable consent, security, retention and deletion requirements. Google’s processing is governed by its published privacy policies and applicable Google Ads Data Protection Terms. These safeguards do not replace your privacy choices or any consent required by law.
Privacy choices and children
The game’s ad integration uses non-personalized advertising and Google’s general-audience ad-content filter. This restricts interest-based advertising; it does not mean that no technical data is processed. DNJAPPS does not ask children to supply personal details. A parent or guardian should handle support requests for a child and can contact learnbychatai@gmail.com about deletion.
Before advertising starts, Google’s consent flow asks for regional privacy choices where required and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. These are separate decisions: agreeing to the Google message does not override a refusal in Apple’s prompt. With permission, Google AdMob may use the device’s advertising identifier to link advertising activity across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising measurement. The game keeps ad personalization and publisher first-party IDs disabled.
If Apple tracking permission is denied, restricted or not yet granted, Google Mobile Ads does not send the advertising identifier (IDFA) in ad requests. Contextual, non-personalized ads may still be served where the regional consent choices permit them; limited ads may be available when consent for device storage is not given. The app does not enable publisher first-party IDs, personalization, fingerprinting or an alternative cross-company tracking identifier to bypass Apple’s choice. The full game remains available regardless of the choice. Google’s consent service may process technical data, such as the IP address, to determine which privacy message applies; that consent check is separate from advertising and does not authorize tracking. Ads also remain unavailable if the regional consent check fails or does not permit ad requests.
Open Home → Settings (gear) → Privacy & support (information icon) and choose Ad privacy to change or withdraw regional consent where required. Ad settings retries an incomplete setup. Use Report an ad to contact support about an inappropriate advertisement. Apple’s separate tracking permission is managed in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. A Google privacy choice cannot override Apple’s permission. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Non-personalized ads may still require consent under local rules.
Support, website and Apple
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments through Gmail. Providing this information is optional, but we need enough detail to answer. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. We use support messages to respond and resolve problems, not to build marketing lists.
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure it. DNJAPPS adds no website analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or forms. See website privacy. Apple separately processes App Store and diagnostic data according to its policies and your settings, and may provide reports to developers.
Legal bases, retention and transfers
Where the GDPR applies, support and basic service security rely on legitimate interests in answering requests and protecting the service; legal obligations apply where records must be kept by law. Consent applies where required for advertising or device access. These interests do not override a consent requirement.
Local saves remain until removed or replaced on the device. Support correspondence is deleted when no longer needed, normally within 12 months of resolution, unless a legal obligation or a specific dispute requires longer retention. Google and GitHub retain service data under their published policies; DNJAPPS does not set a single retention period for all provider data.
Google, GitHub and their service providers may process data outside Poland and the EEA. Their privacy policies describe applicable transfer arrangements, such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, and how to request more information about safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Contact learnbychatai@gmail.com; we may request proportionate information to verify your request. We cannot retrieve a save held only on your device. For data independently controlled by a provider, its privacy controls and request channels also apply.
You may complain to a data protection authority, including Poland’s President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). DNJAPPS does not use your data to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Policy changes
We update this notice when data practices change and show the revision date above. Material changes will be communicated as required. New consent will be requested where required; continuing to use the game is not a substitute for consent.
