License and scope
Clover Dash is published under the DNJAPPS brand. The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains game-specific conditions and does not replace that license, create a separate custom EULA or reduce mandatory consumer rights. Privacy questions are covered by our privacy policy.
Personal use
The game is for personal entertainment, not riding instruction, safety advice or real-world training. Use it only where it is safe to look at and interact with your device. Children should use the game with appropriate parental guidance. Rights in the game, artwork, audio and branding remain with their owners; the app license does not transfer ownership. Restrictions and any exceptions for uses permitted by law follow the applicable license.
Progress and virtual items
Stars, gems, outfits and other rewards are game features with no cash value, cash-out right or transfer market. Progress is stored locally. DNJAPPS does not provide cloud synchronization or a recovery service for lost saves. Deleting the app, replacing the device or modifying its data can erase progress. This does not exclude any remedy available under mandatory law.
Optional one-time purchases
Version 1.1 offers Moonbeam and Figaro as optional non-consumable purchases through Apple. Figaro includes the Show jacket. These are not subscriptions. The price is shown before you confirm with Apple. Ownership is associated with the purchasing Apple Account and can be restored in Home → Settings → Restore purchases while online. Restoring purchases does not restore local earned currency or records. Apple handles billing and refund requests through its App Store support services; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer unlock the horse.
Ads and external services
Version 1.1 shows interstitial ads after every two completed rides when available and permitted by your privacy choices. Premium horse purchases do not remove ads.
Ad-enabled versions use Google AdMob. Ad availability and any optional reward depend on a successfully completed eligible ad and the conditions shown in the app. No specific ad or continuous supply of ads is promised. A third-party ad or link is not an endorsement by DNJAPPS. External destinations have their own terms and privacy practices; DNJAPPS does not make the advertiser’s product promises. Any responsibility imposed on DNJAPPS by law remains unaffected.
Availability, warranties and liability
DNJAPPS does not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every future device or operating system, or permanent availability of every optional feature. This does not limit legally required updates, conformity, support or consumer remedies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the warranty exclusions and liability limitations in Apple’s Standard EULA apply. No additional guarantee of a particular result, score, benefit or commercial fitness is made. The game is not intended for business use; exclusions for business losses apply only where legally permitted.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury, or your mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. The fact that the game is free does not remove those rights.
Help and complaints
Contact learnbychatai@gmail.com with the app version, device model and a description of the issue. Contacting us does not waive your right to complain to an authority or seek a legal remedy. Disputes remain subject to applicable law and any mandatory protections in your country of residence; this page does not impose exclusive foreign courts or mandatory arbitration.
Changes
We may update these explanations for changes to the game or law, with notice where required. Updates do not retrospectively waive your existing rights. Any materially different terms that require agreement will be presented appropriately.
